Project Lead – Sales Incentive Program (SIP) Implementation

  • Location: Jandakot, WA

  • Work Type: Contract / Temporary (6 Weeks)

About the Role

Our Client is entering an exciting phase of their organisational refinement and are looking for a sharp, data-driven Incentive Project Specialist to lead the transition of their Sales Incentive Program (SIP).

Starting in January 2026, they are moving from a team-based quarterly bonus structure to a refined, individual performance model focused on revenue. We need a hands-on professional to manage this 6-week implementation, ensuring all targets are mapped, stakeholders are aligned, and systems are ready for launch.

Key Responsibilities

For this implementation, you will bridge the gap between Strategy, Finance, and Sales. Your core focus will include:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate the new SIP framework to Managers, ensuring buy-in and clarity on how individual targets differ from previous team metrics.

  • Target Setting: Collaborate with the VP of Sales and the Finance team to define and validate measurable individual sales targets.

  • System Configuration: Partner with Finance to accurately map and configure these targets within our reporting and ERP ecosystem.

  • Governance & Compliance: Maintain rigorous documentation to ensure the program is audit-ready for HR and Finance compliance.

  • Project Management: Execute against a tight 6-week timeline to ensure a seamless "Go-Live."

What You Bring

To be successful in this fast-paced contract, you will demonstrate:

  • Incentive Expertise: Proven experience designing or implementing Sales Incentive Plans or complex bonus structures.

  • Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP is essential. Familiarity with Power BI and/or Qlik Sense is highly regarded.

  • Analytical Rigor: The ability to manipulate and interpret sales data to ensure targets are fair, measurable, and aligned with company goals.

  • Influencing Skills: A natural ability to manage stakeholders, particularly when navigating changes to compensation structures.

  • Agility: A "quick thinker" mindset with the ability to problem-solve on the fly and meet strict deadlines.

Project Details

  • Start Date: Ideally Week Commencing 5th Jan or 12th Jan 2026.

  • Duration: Approximately 6 weeks.

  • Location: Based in Jandakot, WA (Office-based to facilitate close collaboration with Finance and Sales leadership).
